Reframing Narratives with the National Portrait Gallery. As an Art Partner of the CHANEL Culture Fund, the museum appointed a team led by “Chanel Curator for the Collection” Dr. Flavia Frigeri, to research and enhance the representation of women in the Collection. The new display was unveiled this past summer following the Gallery’s most extensive redevelopment in its history.
Established in 2021, the CHANEL Culture Fund carries on the House’s historic commitment to the arts with a global programme to nurture the conditions in which creativity can thrive.
