The human touch behind a great story: the protagonist of our last Christmas video is Gianni, an affable man who has worked as a barber in Milan since the Sixties. When the lights went out on the set of our latest Christmas video, we sat down with him and had a little chat inside his shop. It was delightful to get to know him as a person.
