The Savoir-Faire Behind the Dior Cruise 2023 'Rêve d'Infini' Lady Dior


In this video by Mélinda Triana, discover the savoir-faire behind one of the ‘Lady Dior’ bags from the Dior Cruise 2023 collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri, adorned with an artwork by Pietro Ruffo titled ‘Rêve d’Infini’ (Dream of Infinity), based on a compass rose mosaic in Christian Dior’s childhood home in Granville. Moving from the artist’s studio to the Dior leatherworking Ateliers in Italy, the illustration is magically transposed onto the bag, a process requiring 20 hours’ work by the petites mains.
