After many years of juggling her education, family and community responsibilities while managing her personal finances, Tani paused to rethink her relationship with money. She realised she needed to evaluate her financial progress and see how close she was getting to her goals: securing her financial future, retirement, and creating a legacy for her daughter and future generations. As she began her investment journey, she noticed many of her peers shared the same ambitions, yet lacked the necessary expertise to reach them. So, in an effort to close this gap, she set out on a mission – aiming to arm a community of aspiring women investors with with the skills and resources they need, while easing any financial trauma they might have suffered in the past.
Supported by industry champion Talia Rafaeli, Tani’s vision of re-establishing trust and guidance for underrepresented communities in the financial industry is what made her stand out. As part of The Founders Initiative, she and other inspiring founders are prepared to take their business to the next level.
