The art of Pepita | The fabric that became a Porsche classic

Just two colours – black and white. And a simple yet striking geometric pattern. This is the legendary Porsche fabric called Pepita.First appearing in 1964, it became famous with the start of series production of the 911. Before that, it appeared as a special request item on the Porsche 356.

Now, decades down the line, the Porsche Pepita Edition by Vitra brings a new dimension to this classic design. Watch the video to see how the iconic fabric is woven to life.
