A business case for circularity in the Swiss luxury watch industry

The Creative Hub will discuss the benefits of a circular economy versus a linear approach and how closed loops can be implemented in production and operations. After an introduction on circularity, I will invite ID Genève on stage to share their experience with circularity and we will discuss the business case of this promising model (cost, efficiency, eco-responsibility) and how to apply it to luxury.

The talk will be as interactive as possible with materials at the disposal of attendees for ‘touch & feel’. Since circularity is still a new topic in the industry, we will let participants ask regular questions and will interact with the crowd. Attendees will leave educated on the topic and hopefully with a better opinion of recycled materials as well as with actionable suggestions for implementation.

Speakers:
Nicolas Freudiger, CEO – ID Geneve Watches
Sebastien Cretegny, CEO – Movo Partners
