Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai announces the extension of Ibiza’s famed multi-sensory dining pop-up Sublimotion, from 4 February to 5 May 2022, due to popular demand.
This once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience features 10 whimsical courses, and the new season will bring with it a variety of new additions that transform and delight with every scene and bite. The theatrical show includes 360-degree screens with imagery projected onto every surface, from the walls to the table, taking guests on a journey all the way from a sushi bar in Tokyo, to a Jazz Club in New York City, offering 12 lucky diners many surprises along the way.
