Designed by Mary Katrantzou, Creative Director of Bvlgari Leather Goods and Accessories, and created by the impeccable mastery of Bvlgari artisans, the distinctive shape of Serpenti Cuore 1968 resembles two halves of a heart of love: one formed by the body of the bag, the other by its sinuous golden snake-shaped handle reminiscent of the famous Bvlgari Serpenti Harlequin 1968 jewel watch.
The transformative essence of Serpenti Cuore 1968 bag shines in the Neige Pavé Crystals version, characterized by approximately 5,000 hand-applied crystals, which entirely cover the body in black suede. The handle, however, is made of gold-plated brass, using the traditional technique ‘lost wax’ deeply rooted in Bvlgari’s jewelery savoir-faire.
