Beneath the turquoise waters of Australia’s World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Coast is one of the planet’s largest fringing coral reefs. Although highly protected and recognized for its biodiversity, many of its animals depend on a less-protected area on the other side of the cape: Exmouth Gulf. Mission Blue Hope Spot Champion Ben Fitzpatrick has led his team on an expedition to the gulf’s unexplored waters.
