Rolex new watches 2025 – The Datejust

Light and shade. The new Datejust 31 introduces the red ombré dial. This new dial displays a concentric gradient that leads the eye from red to black. This is the first time that Rolex has presented a red ombré dial created using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), a particularly delicate colour to achieve with this process. Adorned with 10 diamond hour markers, the new dial has a sunray finish and elegantly complements the 18ct yellow gold of the watch.
