In an aperture at 6 o’clock, it displays the emblematic Night & Day indicator. On a mother-of-pearl disc, a polished golden sun alternates with a crescent moon set on a background of stars as day turns to night. As captivating as its dial, its transparent sapphire case-back reveals the fine decoration and finishing of its automatic movement, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 898.
