For Sara, being a single mom and a businesswoman is challenging, but definitely not impossible. Maktoum, her son, is her favourite companion and they do everything together. He has her back all the way, even for Sara’s quite impressive career accomplishments, and he’s so mature and wise that sometimes she asks him for advice. For her, leadership means doing the work and setting an example. Maktoum is learning how men and women are equal through her experience. After all, one of the things that she loves the most about being a mom is being her son’s role model.
