World Duchenne Organization declared September 7th as World Duchenne Awareness Day. We, at the National Museum of Qatar, are dedicated to improving our understanding of various disabilities and implementing changes, wherever possible, to ensure that the museum remains accessible for all. We invited Nawaal Akram to help us learn more about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and its prevalence in our society.
