Louisa, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Apprentice: Soft Furnishings and Upholstery
After leaving school, Louisa spent two years studying Fashion and another year learning Costume Making. But alongside her love of textiles and needlecraft, she’d always has a passion for cars – so the chance to combine the two in an #Apprenticeship at Goodwood felt like the perfect move. She’s now learning from experienced #RollsRoyce craftspeople as part of the Production team, and also gaining nationally-recognised qualifications in soft furnishings and upholstery at a local college.
Since joining the Apprenticeship Programme, Louisa has made lifelong friends. She loves being surrounded by supportive colleagues, who have given her constant encouragement and helped her progress in her #career.
