George, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Apprentice: Production Maintenance
For George, the big attraction of joining #RollsRoyce was the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the world’s top automotive engineers. Now in the second year of his Production Maintenance #Apprenticeship, he’s involved in providing maintenance support for the production line, helping to ensure the turntable and hangers run smoothly and efficiently – a crucial task given the company’s tight production schedules.
George also leads a team producing a regular Apprenticeship Newsletter, which keeps apprentices across the BMW Group in touch with the latest news and events.
