Estefania joined #RollsRoyce straight from Sixth Form on a four-year #Degree #Apprenticeship programme. This allows her to combine studying for a degree in Business & Management from Chichester University with gaining real-world business experience.
Estefania was pleasantly surprised at how much responsibility she was given from the very start of her Apprenticeship, which has seen her becoming closely involved in numerous high-profile projects. For example, she was part of a team that organised an event for the company’s international dealer partners at The Home of Rolls-Royce; a challenging but extremely rewarding task that allowed her to build a worldwide network of contacts for her future #career.
