Ben, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Apprentice: Quality Management

When he left school, Ben felt university wasn’t really for him. He wanted something more hands-on, where he could apply new skills and knowledge in a work environment – so when he heard about the #RollsRoyce #Apprenticeship programme, he knew it was the perfect fit.

During his time at The Home of Rolls-Royce, Ben has gained valuable experience in different departments across the business. As well as working alongside world-class #craftspeople in the Leathershop and Woodshop, he’s spent time in the complex, time-sensitive world of Logistics; he’s currently on a placement with the Sales team, learning how the company meets the precise, demanding and highly individual needs of its customers worldwide.

He’s also joined his fellow apprentices at Goodwood in creating the Apprentice Network, which enables Apprentices across the BMW Group to connect and socialise, building their confidence and professional networking skills.
