Introducing acclaimed Indian Chef Himanshu Saini as the latest Maker of our Made of Makers programme. In tribute to the pursuit of precision that has been a central value of La Grande Maison since its founding almost 200 years ago, the Chef has crafted a new signature menu of experimental bites. Combining the flavours of the sub-continent with ingredients from the Vallée de Joux, the bites personify the Maison’s values of creativity, expertise, precision and excellence and will be available to taste in our Precision Atelier during the coming year.
