After his arrival in Affalterbach, Felix meets the project manager for Mercedes-AMG Virtual Motorsport, Jan, to talk about professional sim racing and how to turn digital racing into an actual career. He then gets to know Alex, the Project Lead Gaming, E-Sport & Virtual Motorsport. The two of them take a closer look at the hardware of a high-end racing simulation. They also discuss the detailed software while GT racing driver Raffaele Marciello shares his learning experiences with the simulation in comparison to physical race driving. Then, it is finally time for Felix to get behind the steering wheel himself: Coached by the F1 E-Sports pro champion Jarno Opmeer, he takes on Raffaele’s challenge.
