From Qatar Museums comes “Hazawy: What Lurks Beneath,” a gripping story set against the backdrop of the ocean’s mysteries, based on traditional Qatari folktales. Pearl divers plunge into the azure abyss, an age-old dance in pursuit of nature’s treasures. During this expedition a diver encounters two errie apparitions. The diver’s cries go unheeded, and the crew faces a tragic fate as a result. This tale blurs the thin boundary between reality and the supernatural, exploring the depths of fear and hope within the human psyche emphasizing the enigmatic nature of existence and the myriad possibilities that lie beyond the horizon.

من متاحف قطر، تصدر حلقة أخرى من سلسلة حزاوي تحت عنوان “أسرار المحيط”، وهي قصة آسرة تدور أحداثها في سياق أسرار المحيط، مستندةً إلى الحكايات القطرية الشعبية التقليدية. حيث تحكي قصة غواصي اللؤلؤ وهم يغوصون لسبر أغوار المحيط ومياهه الزرقاء، في تقليد قديم قدم الأزل يسعون فيه إلى تقفّي كنوز الطبيعة. في هذه الرحلة الاستكشافية، يواجه الغواص طيفين غريبين، تذهب صرخات الغواص أدراج الرياح، ليواجه الطاقم مصيرًا مأساويًا نتيجة لذلك. تُخفي هذه الحكاية معالم الحدود الرفيعة الفاصلة بين الواقع والخوارق، وتستكشف بعمق مشاعر الخوف والأمل داخل النفس البشرية، وذلك بالتركيز على طبيعة الوجود الغامضة واحتمالات لا حصر لها تكمن فيما وراء الأفق.
