Misty Copeland, March 10th 2021, New York
Misty Copeland is a classical ballerina with the American Ballet Theater. In 2015,
she became the first African-American woman to be named principal dancer in
the company’s 80-year history. In her episode of #giorgioarmanicrossroads she
relives the memory of that moment and how she risked ending her career to make
an impact beyond her own life, opening doors for the black community as a
whole.
