After the crew successfully complete the training programme and tests, a certificate will be granted, setting a new standard for certified crew in the industry. Over time captains can easily select these certified crew members via an online platform when looking for new crew. A structure of knowledge is formed creating a standard operation procedure on board, this is passed along to new crew members.
