Bentley are proud to announce the continuation of their Extraordinary Women programme for a third year running. The global mentoring programme is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of young female leaders, specifically female students in the fields of engineering, design, technology and business. This year, Sara Davies MBE joins the cohort of Pioneering women and will mentor a student from the UK.
Selected young women from partner universities in both the UK and the Middle East will have the opportunity to engage in projects as part of a bespoke mentoring programme alongside the Bentley team, in addition to work experience at the factory in their brand home of Crewe.
