EVERGREEN GOODS: Redefining Value Creation Across Lifecycles


At the Women’s Pavilion in Collaboration with Cartier, Creative Director and Founder Gabriela Hearst, President and CEO of HOSOO Co, Ltd Masataka Hosoo, Editor in Chief of Harper’s Bazaar USA Samira Nasr, and Cyrille Vigneron, Chairman Cartier Culture and Philanthropy , came together with moderator Ana Rold to discuss their vision of what it means to redefine value creation across lifecycles.
In a session titled Evergreen Goods, the themes of craftsmanship, legacy and modernity converged. They explored questions such as how can time-honored craftsmanship and cutting-edge innovation redefine sustainability? What role does technology play in enhancing efficiency while preserving artisanal techniques? The conversation was an inspiring and hopeful look at the future of design, preserving traditions and exploring ways to live in harmony with nature.
