The influence of a stylistic movement spreads to all fields of artistic expression, but also through time.
In the same way, certain traditional techniques influence the work of contemporary artists.
Introduced by Laurence des Cars (President-Director of the Musée du Louvre) and Cyrille Vigneron (President and CEO of Cartier International), this panel discussion, moderated by Amira Casar, brought together Jérôme Sans, Simone Menezes, Elizabeth Diller, Cai Guo-Qiang and Mariane Ibrahim. The talk was held at the Musée du Louvre on May 16th, 2022.
