As part of Bentley’s Extraordinary Journeys Scandinavia, guests were hosted at an immersive outdoor dining experience in the heart of Sweden’s Trakt Forest.
Guests were served dishes from Michelin starred chef, Niklas Ekstedt, who cooked everything over an open campfire, using Nordic fire-cooking techniques. Courses were made using local produce and seasonal ingredients from the forest to create the ultimate dining experience.
