The new Supersports chose a suitably theatrical stage for its international debut: a private gathering on Dubai’s shoreline, in the gardens of a former royal palace. As the sun dropped, the Burj Al Arab glowed Bentley green, a beacon for the 400 invited guests.
Centrepiece of the evening was the launch car in its ‘Daybreak’ specification – Jetstream Matte over an Arctica and Portofino cabin – its blue surfaces catching the last of the evening’s light. It shared the spotlight with a rather special modified Supersports from the new FULL SEND film, the very one Travis Pastrana spent sliding around the Bentley Motors campus with improbable precision.
