Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available. Decorated with a suit of armour, ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant has an array of traditional serving apparatus, including Christofle hors d’oeuvres and dessert trolleys, all presenting a unique and classic European atmosphere.
Gueridon service is the métier of the restaurant. Be inspired by Hugo’s crafts of table-side preparation such as lobster bisque, Caesar salad, steak tartare, steak au poivre, Dover sole meuniere, lobster thermidor, crêpes suzette and café diablo.
