Federica Segato
Italian entrepreneur Federica Segato is living proof that you can reach your star at any age. After graduating from university and setting off on her professional career, Federica felt lost and frustrated when facing obstacles in approaching the business world as a young woman. In 2018 she decided to create “Career Leadhers”, an online network connecting Italian professional women. One year later, the community already counts 30,000 women helping and supporting each other in the business world. Selected by Forbes Italy’s “100 under 30 – leaders of the future” list, Federica has certainly reached her star, and has dedicated herself to helping women reach theirs.
