The 26th edition of the Benetti Yachtmaster brought together captains, surveyors and owner representatives from around the world for three days of discussions, insights and shared experiences.
For the first time, the entire event was hosted within Benetti’s production facilities in Livorno and Viareggio, offering guests the opportunity to step inside the beating heart of the Shipyard and experience firsthand where Benetti yachts take shape.
Key topics included the modernisation of infrastructure and onboard technology, preventive maintenance strategies and the evolution of turnkey services designed to support owners and crews throughout the lifecycle of their yachts.
Created in 2000 by Azimut|Benetti Group founder Paolo Vitelli, Benetti Yachtmaster continues to be a unique platform for dialogue between the Shipyard and the global yachting community.
In Viareggio, the historic birthplace of Benetti, guests also experienced the atmosphere of the iconic Viareggio Carnival. Founded in the same year as the Shipyard, 1873, the Carnival shares deep roots with the maritime craftsmanship of the Darsena district, where shipbuilders once applied their boatbuilding skills to create the first spectacular allegorical floats.
This evocative setting hosted a series of team-building activities designed to strengthen connections and encourage exchange among captains and industry professionals.
