The friendship between Pharrell and Richard Mille.

The friendship between Pharrell and Richard Mille dates back to 2006, when Richard first heard his name in Pharrell’s song ‘Can I Have It Like That’.
‘If i mentioned that Richard Mille watch in the words to a song, it’s just that it seemed to me the most remarkable thing going on. it was like a breath of fresh air in a pretty stagnant atmosphere.’
Both curious about the world, the two friends share the belief that creativity is about shifting perspectives. Creative Director, producer, singer, Pharrell is also a true fan of the brand, the Virginia native having worn many iconic timepieces before collaborating with Richard Mille to co-design his RM 52-05, a watch inspired by his fascination for space—capturing the essence of all that ever was and will be.
