In composing Juice we mainly looked at the measurements of this Feadship: she’s 71 metres long. We matched this exactly with the number of bars in the track. Next, Juice has a 3.65 metre draft, which is equal to the number of days in a year. We wanted to work the sense of an entire year into the track by means of Sound FX: you will hear the birds of spring, the waves of summer, the thunder of autumn and the snow of winter if you listen carefully. We next mixed in Formula 1 sounds into the track, as this goes together well with Feadship: fast, ahead of time and always innovative.
