2021 Rolex Awards Laureate Documentary: Felix Brooks-church

Social entrepreneur Felix Brooks-church believes good nutrition is a basic human right and has spent most of his adult life combating malnutrition. Starting as a volunteer in Cambodia more than a decade ago, the 2021 Rolex Laureate is now improving the health of children in Tanzania through his ‘dosifier’ which fortifies flour with essential nutrients. The extremely cost-effective business model developed by Brooks-church and his social enterprise, Sanku, ensures that it costs less than US$1 to fortify food for one person for an entire year.
